Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping — Order R500 and over
- Standard Shipping — R100 courier to door and R50 locker to locker
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery Areas We currently ship to all major centres across South Africa. Remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times or additional courier surcharges. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment via our courier's website.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer this in the future — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.
